Ordering from JVBDigital
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed the delivery date of your order. All goods will remain the property of JVBDigital until we have received payment in full. We endeavor to process and dispatch your order within 48hours (2 working days) of receipt. Upon receipt of your order you will receive a proforma invoice by e mail or fax. If we are out of stock of an item or there is a problem, we will contact you to advise as soon as possible. All european mainland orders are shipped via registered mail, usually on a 24hr (working day) service. Other orders are shipped via FedEx.
JVBDigital will not pay for any Import duties, which may be billed when the order enters the country of shipping. You must examine the goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition - if packaging is damaged please do not accept goods. Instead notify us as soon as possible. Prices quoted are in USD. The final invoice will be quoted in USD as in EUR. For EU billing addresses VAT (sales tax) of 19% is included in the final invoice.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping cost prices are subject to the cost price quoted to us by the shipper(s)calculated We can ship worldwide.
In the case of a fraudulent purchase being made, or if any monies paid for goods is subsequently claimed back by our merchant services, we will pursue the perpetrator for return of the goods and any subsequent expenses that we incur in doing so. In the case of a fraudulent sale being discovered we will use all legal means at our disposal (including tracing your IP address and contacting your ISP) to secure the goods fraudulently purchased and/or suitable compensation or the costs involved in doing so. All images and pictures shown on our website are representative only. If you wish to confirm the product image shown relates to the product you wish to order, please contact us for confirmation. If an image is not featured on the site we will if possible supply an appropriate representation via e-mail or fax. We will endeavor to ensure all product images are correct, but will only be obliged to supply the goods as stated on your automated order confirmation.
Courier Loss and damage
Should you receive a damaged item from our couriers, where possible please contact us as soon as possible ( max 24 hours )either via email, phone, or fax. Once confirmation of loss or damage is provided to JVBDigital by the courier, JVBDigital will then endeavor to replace or repair the item within 5 working days provided stock is available. If the same model is not available, we will endeavor to replace it with an equivalent model. JVBDigital will bill the courier directly for any loss. The contract is between JVBDigital and the courier, NOT the customer. No compensation will be offered due to fault of courier loss or delayed deliveries. All the above are subject to NL law.
All products (with the exception of DIY-kits caused by improper mounting) ordered from JVBDigital are supplied with the full manufacturers warranty. All products (with the exception of DIY-kits caused by improper mounting) come with a minimum of a one-year parts and labor guarantee. In the event of you having any problems with an item purchased from us, please contact us via any of the means listed on our contact us page so that we can ascertain that the goods are at fault. If this proves to be the case, we will arrange, at no cost to you, for the goods to be collected. If the goods are discovered to be faulty within one month of purchase we will offer an exchange, and again there will be no charge if a replacement needs to be sent. If the goods within the guarantee period we will arrange for them to be repaired, and again dispatched back to you on a suitable day at no extra charge. For your guarantee to apply, all goods must be returned to us in their original cartons, in good condition, complete with all packaging and accessories supplied. Failure to do so will lead to any extra charges to replace these items being incurred. In the event of goods being returned which are subsequently found to be not faulty, a charge of Euro 50 will be charged to cover collection and delivery costs. If goods are found to be faulty due to user error or incorrect use, we reserve the right to have them assessed by their manufacturer or approved service agent, and levy any subsequent repair charge on top of the Euro 50 supplement. In all instances, if you encounter any problems please contact us first and we will do our utmost to deal with you in a fair, fast and efficient manner to rectify the problem. None of the above affects your statutory rights. DIY Upgrade Kits: Due to the damage able to be caused by incorrect fitting, we exclude DIY-kits from our warranty. DIY-kits are sold on the understanding that YOU fit at your own risk. By ordering a DIY-kit from JVBDigital you agree to these terms. JVBDigital cannot been held responsible for any damage caused by fitting one of our kits.. Replacement kits will only be supplied IF the player with DIY-kit fitted is first sent to us to check for fitting errors or overheated components / damage caused by fitting. All DIY-kits are fully verified before dispatch to verify working status. If in doubt, don't fit! We offer a full guaranteed fitting service.
Should you be unsatisfied in any way with products or the service you have received from us, we would ask that you contact us as soon as possible. This can be via any of the means shown on the contact us page of our website, although we would ask that details of your concern be emailed to CustomerService@jvbdigital.nl. This ensures that we have an accurate copy of any points you wish to raise, and allows us to deal with your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Any information you supply will not be divulged to any third parties (see our privacy notice), and will only be used in relation to the complaint you have made. Once we have received your complaint it will be acknowledged within 24 hours, and then passed to the relevant party who will contact you within 7 working days with a proposed course of action or to discuss further. In all instances we will keep you informed on the progress of your complaint. We would like to reassure you that customer satisfaction is an area that we take very seriously, and are constantly monitoring our procedures to ensure that you the customer is 100% happy with the shopping experience and products provided by JVBDigital. Occasionally mistakes do happen, though in all instances we will endeavor to treat our customers in a fair and honest manner, and rectify any complaints / problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
